Welcome to Casa Cochimí #1, your home away from home in the peaceful Las Tunas neighborhood. With stunning 360° views of the ocean and mountains, a saltwater pool, and fast WiFi, this villa offers the perfect Baja escape — just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 3 miles (5 km) from the town center.
Ideal for up to 6 guests, the downstairs bedroom features two queen beds and opens to a serene back porch — perfect for coffee or a glass of wine. Upstairs, a king-size ensuite connects to a large terrace with unforgettable Pacific sunsets. The pool and laundry area are shared with other guests.
