FAMILY-FRIENDLY VACATION IN A QUIET LOCATION
The Reriker Straße complex consists of 9 semi-detached houses, each with 4 residential units. The complex features plenty of green spaces. A meadow biotope begins immediately to the west of the complex. Each apartment comes with a terrace or balcony, perfect for relaxing, as well as a free parking space located right next to the respective house.

COZY 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
The 3-room apartment, with a total area of 63 square metres, spans two floors and offers ample space for 2 to 4 people. It features a bright living area with a south-facing balcony, a separate dining area, a TV, and a stereo system. It also includes a kitchen (complete with a ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and more) and two bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic and is equipped with a multifunctional or tandem bed for 2 people. The holiday rental also features a bathroom with a shower.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved pet is welcome in this apartment. Please notify us of your pet in advance.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately from us for an additional fee. Please place your order well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in your apartment before your arrival.

A bicycle shed and a parking space are available on the property.
As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.
