Casa Sol is a quiet garden studio for adults only, set within the peaceful tropical property of "CasasBonita" in Sámara. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers privacy, calm, and a relaxed atmosphere — ideal for independent travelers, longer stays, and remote work in a tropical setting.

The Studio
Casa Sol is a comfortable open studio designed for simplicity and relaxation. It features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, reliable Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, and a small table for meals or laptop use.
The private terrace, located in front of the shared pool, includes a dining area and a hammock — perfect for slow mornings or peaceful evenings surrounded by nature.

Casas Bonita – The Property
Casas Bonita is a small adults-only tropical retreat with just five individual homes arranged around a shared garden and pool. The atmosphere is quiet, personal, and relaxed — ideal for guests who prefer a peaceful environment rather than a busy resort.
Guests enjoy a shared pool, self-check-in, and a calm natural setting throughout the property.

Location
Casa Sol is located about 800 meters from the center of Sámara and approximately 850 meters from the beach, close enough to reach everything easily while still enjoying a peaceful residential setting.
A French bakery is just a short stroll away — perfect for morning coffee and fresh bread — and the nearest supermarket is only about 700 meters from the property. Restaurants, yoga studios, surf schools, small shops, and the Saturday market are all within comfortable walking distance.
A car is not necessary.

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is individually metered and billed by consumption (₡140 per kWh), allowing guests full control over their usage.

Weekly Cleaning
A thorough cleaning is provided once per week and includes:
fresh towels and bed linens
bathroom cleaning
sweeping and mopping
This keeps the space comfortable for longer stays while maintaining your privacy.

Additional Information
Starter supplies are provided on arrival (hand soap, body soap, dish soap, trash bags).
Shared washing machine on the property (₡3000 per load).
Pool towels are provided (indoor towels for indoor use only).
Fast and reliable internet suitable for remote work. There is no backup connection on-site, but a local co-working space in town offers multiple backup systems if needed.
