Welcome to Casa JR, a quiet, clean, fully-furnished, 3 BR, 2.5 bath condo with everything you could want. Beach is a few feet away. Pool right outside the condo. Relax in the condo, at local restaurants or bars, or at the beach. See the rain forest, experience zip-lines, or go horse-back riding on the beach or to the waterfalls.

The condo is fully furnished with Washer, dryer, air conditioning and a fully-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds with quality linens. Large closets in each bedroom. There is a comfortable living room for relaxing evenings. Less than a two minute walk down the street to the beach. Just right outside the door on the condo property is a pool that is safe for young children and families. There is also a patio area with a grill for outside dining. High speed wireless internet, TV and DVD player. The condo also has a phone in the kitchen and master bedroom.

Samara is a uniquely Costa Rican beach town. It is Heaven on Earth. Casa JR is in the center of town, with bakeries, fresh fruit stands, delicious and inexpensive restaurants all within a two minute walk. It is the best of all worlds - quiet and tranquil and in the heart of this small beach town.

Other beautiful beaches are within a few minutes walk. There is horse-back riding on the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing right at the beach.

The town is also home to a language school and massage school. There is an indoor/outdoor gym in town with daily classes. Also, several yoga schools and spas within a 30 minute drive.

This property has literally everything you could possibly need and more! From beach equipment, Alexa speakers and a fully functional printer. Paul was very responsive. It is an easy walk to the beach (in fact my family of 6 including young children only drove the first time) and there is plenty of stores and restaurants/bars nearby. The traffic from the road was fine but on the weekend the karoke bar across the street was a little loud , but to be honest my kids and I got a kick out of it. The restaurants are pricey and the place is a tad touristy but there is an affordable grocery store too houses down and Paul's condo has everything you need to cook a nice meal. My kids absolutely loves the LED lights in the pool and having plenty of bathrooms. The a/c worked great as did the wifi. If your looking for a walkable, convenient and comfy home near the beach in Samara this is the spot for you!

This condo was wonderful for our family. We had a family of five and a family of three stay here and we had plenty of space. So nice to have three bathrooms! The pool was wonderful and the central location made it so easy to do a quick walk to the beach or to the grocery store. I will definitely come back and this is where I would stay!

Great location right in the middle of town and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a grocery store next door and lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The Casa JR had everything needed for a family of 4 and a great pool area. The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Samara.

This place had every freaking thing you could ever need to enjoy vacation. We stayed at 9 other places and theh didn't have a tenth of what was here. No need for extra store trips for soap. Phone chargers everywhere. They thought of everything.

Thank you. We do try to provide everything needed, and are open to any additional suggestions to make your stay as comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free as possible. We recently added a printer (wi-fi accessible) and a monitor for use by guests. And, we also added a refrigerated water cooler with 5 gallon water containers (with additional 5 gallon water jugs) to keep everyone hydrated. So...thank you. This was perfect for us, we were traveling with our son and his 2 daughters. It was very clean with all the comforts of home. A short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. In town however very quiet. Will definitely consider a stay here again!

The condo was spacious and clean and the host was very friendly and communicative. The kitchen was fully stocked with a lot of helpful instructions for the surrounding area. I would say that the noise from motorbikes on the main street was loud. Our room was right next to the street and it made it difficult for me to sleep at night; although no one else had issues. I used a noise cancelling headset which helped. There were a few tour companies nearby and all were around the same; the host was very helpful in letting us know what activities we could do. The beach was close and most of the restaurants were really good. I love Costa Rican food and coffee! Oh, and the host left us a bag of coffee and bottled water which was so very much appreciated since we ended up arriving much later than expected. Thank you!

My family just returned from a week at Casa Jr and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo had so many amenities and was decorated so lovely. They really did think of everything! There were power cords for our phones, a water cooler stocked with ample drinking water, comfortable beds, and more. The condo was so clean and ready for us when we arrived and was perfectly located in the middle of Sámara. The location was ideal in this adorable beach town, close to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! Paul was a very gracious and responsive host who even checked in on us during our stay. We truly had the best time here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
