This elegant holiday villa is located in a small residential development in Pollença Bay, near the beach with a spectacular sea view, on the edge of the already famous and beautiful city of Alcudia.
The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool of 8m x 4m, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture, so you can relax both in the shade on the pleasant terrace and sunbathing. In addition, the terrace has an integrated grill, which is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner with family and friends.
The house is designed with great love for details and high-quality furniture. Upon entering, the elegant staircase leading to the first floor immediately catches the eye. There are four double rooms, all with air conditioning, as well as two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also offer a walk-in closet and an impressive sea view. Air conditioning units are exclusively present in the upstairs bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a cosy living room and very comfortable sofas. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and both rooms are connected to the terrace and, therefore, to the pool directly next to the sea.
The owner provides additional pool towels for all guests.
The location of the house is a privilege: due to its proximity to the sea, to Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. It is also a place where sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing are practiced. A school for these sports is located just a few meters from the house.
