Sowell Farm's Retreat

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. It is located in the country woods of Milton, FL, but not too far off the beaten path being only 15 minutes to the heart of the city, and 45 minutes to beautiful beaches. We are minutes away from Whiting Field and Sowell Farms.

The space
Guests will enjoy plenty of privacy in the space as well as an outdoor seating area of their own. There are three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, and a bonus room with plenty of space for family game night.

3 Roku Tv's - (master bedroom, living room, and bonus room). There are a few options for free TV, but guests will need their own accounts if they would like to access HULU, Netflix, etc.

Master bedroom - Memory Foam King bed and ensuite bathroom with garden tub, shower, and double vanity with makeup station.

The two guest bedrooms both have queen sized beds. They are conveniently located near the second bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.

Full kitchen w/microwave and high-quality appliances including a Kuering (a variety of coffee pods are also available). There is also a dedicated workspace for business travelers and military contractors.

Bonus room with couch, dominos table, and tv. A few family games are provided.

Guest access
To enter, you will use lock entering the code you will be provided. You have access to the house and front porch area.

Please turn off the lights as you leave each time.

Upon checkout time, please tidy up the space a bit. We like to keep are cleaning fee low for you all :) You may collect all towels and/or linens into a pile in bathroom.
