The historic villa is located on a small private road surrounded by other villas. From this private road, a wide stone staircase leads up to the 2,200-square-meter, terraced property on a south-facing slope.
The house features a highly unique floor plan, as it combines two distinct, historic halves of the property. The interior is distinctive and full of character, featuring wonderful old terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, tasteful furnishings, and lovingly curated decor. All bathrooms and the kitchen are in modern condition.
From the garden in front of the large summer terrace, you can see the 60-square-meter pool with an outdoor shower and the 60-square-meter sun terrace behind it, complete with sun loungers and garden furniture.
The Provençal character of the garden is defined by lush palm trees and large, antique amphorae.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit Freunden und Familie in diesem wirklich schönen Haus. Alle Räume sind geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet, besonders charmant fanden wir die Kombination der beiden Haushälften mit der ehemaligen Ölmühle. Natürlich noch zu erwähnen: Pool, Garten und viele Sitzgelegenheiten mit toller Aussicht!

Mooi comfortabel huis.

Gezellig ingericht huis, met ruime kamers en goede badkamers. De ligging is rustig en het uitzicht op zee geweldig. Mooi aangelegde tuin, en een ruim terras rondom het zwembad. Diverse plekken waar je buiten kunt zitten. De keuken is goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Contact met de vriendelijke eigenaren loopt goed.
