CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after-hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 8 am EST.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free Wi-Fi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with website's Off-Platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience, and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with website's policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non-refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.

MOTION AND AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES: Located near the front door and back door on the exterior of the unit. We fully respect the privacy of all of our guests. These devices only record video and audio on the exterior of the home facing the front and rear areas of the home. The automatic recordings are triggered by motion and noise. These devices are present solely for the safety and security of our guests.

Access to the house is through the front door. There is a keypad with code for access.
