Cute Studio in a small 9 unit complex. Lower level with hardwood floors, sofa bed, cable and internet, refrigerator and microwave, heat. Convenient area close to shopping, groceries and 12 minutes to the beach. This unit is a private studio and only for your personal use however there is a connecting door to another unit that is locked on both sides and can not be opened. Utilities charged separately.
