This luxurious holiday apartment, built and furnished in the authentic Costa Smeralda style, is situated in a small, private residential complex on the Costa Smeralda – Porto Cervo, surrounded by extensive gardens featuring typical Mediterranean plants and centuries-old ginepro (Sardinian juniper). Thanks to its privileged location, right by the sea and next to a white sandy beach, this ‘house within a house’ enjoys a fantastic view of the emerald-turquoise sea of the renowned Cala Grano bay.

Well beyond expectations!

There is so much more about this villa than what can be conveyed by photos and descriptions! It is beautiful, it is traditional, it has incredible details, it is light and spacious, it has all modern utilities, it is practical, it has a magnificent view, it is on an excellent beach… But most importantly – the whole space, internal and external, made us feel at home, at peace, and happy from the very first to the very last moment of our stay! Thank you, Irene, for welcoming us and we do hope we meet again!
