Secluded and Custom Mountain Home. 15 minutes to down town.

Surrounded by national forest, this newly built custom home has a stunning view from literally every window. The layout is spacious, custom and comfortable. Across the street is a very gentle and friendly trail head for hiking and mtn biking and dog walks. The home is just 15 minutes from downtown, yet secluded and private; the location is ideal. There is well stocked kitchen and a large granite island. This home is truly one of a kind. Please note the owner does live in the separate entrance basement but privacy is deeply valued for all parties. You will most likely not see or interact with the owner unless you request a meet up. You will really love this place! It's been on other apps for my years and many say it's the most beautiful home they have been able to afford.
