This lovely holiday house is located in a peaceful area in Medulin, Posesi zone, not far from the sea and beach (300m). Quiet neighborhood, fence closed lot, beautiful terrace with sun deck chairs and barbecue make this house an ideal choice for the summer vacation. The house is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people with additional space for 2 extra persons on the sofa-bed. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and one separated toilet / WC. Living room has an air-condition which is enough to cool the house, it also has a TV/SAT, Wi-Fi and a sofa bed. Kitchen provides fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, water heater, microwave, toaster, cutlery and dishes. Guests also have washing machine for use.Bed sheets and towels are included in price and are changed every 7 days. Two parking spaces are provided inside the courtyard. Pets are not allowed. Bedrooms are not air-conditioned. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left on arrival and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order with accommodation.
