Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishwasher pods are under the sink. Place all trash into the outside dumpster.
Turn all lights /TV off and place TV remote on the living room coffee table. Set the thermostat to 60 degrees. If using conditioning, turn it off Log out of all personal streaming accounts.
Report any damages/malfunctions to management.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
