This custom-built, lakefront home sits on over 1.5 peaceful acres, offering beautiful views, thoughtful design, and space to relax, reconnect, and recharge. Designed for comfort, entertainment, and family-friendly stays, this retreat is ideal for couples, families, and small groups.

As you enter the home, you are immediately greeted by breathtaking elevated views of Lake Wedowee, framed by the calm waters of the surrounding cove. Large windows and open living spaces bring the outdoors in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

The main level features red oak floors, 10-foot ceilings, and Aspen wood doors. The open chef’s kitchen flows into a spacious living area and opens directly onto a stunning 600 sqft composite deck with wire railing—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon BBQs with the 28" Blackstone griddle, outdoor dining, and sunset views over the lake. The dining room table comfortably seats eight, there are three additional seats at the kitchen island, and an outdoor dining table for six, giving everyone plenty of space to gather and enjoy meals together. The kitchen includes a double-wall oven, a four‑burner electric cooktop, and a fully stocked kitchen (e.g., pots, pans, utensils, bakeware, dishware, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, other basic cooking essentials, etc.), so guests can confidently prepare gourmet meals during their stay.

The main-level master suite offers a private sanctuary with a Japanese soaking tub, double sinks, a walk‑in closet, and a spa‑style walk‑in shower. The terrace level includes a separate den and recreation room, two guest bedrooms, and a shared bath, with doors leading to a patio and outdoor entertaining space.

Just steps outside, a 41" firepit overlooks the quiet cove and lake. Adirondack‑style chairs have been thoughtfully arranged to encourage long conversations, laughter, and late‑night relaxation. Soft string lights add a warm glow, creating the perfect ambiance for unwinding after a day on the water. The firepit requires guest‑provided firewood, so the experience lasts as long as the firewood you bring.

Inside, enjoy a dedicated game area with a pool table, ping pong conversion table, dart board, plastic axe toss game, board games, and a karaoke system with microphones. Outside, relax on the deck, gather around the firepit, or explore the spacious yard. With over 1.5 acres of privacy, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

For guests who love the water, a short walk down a small hill leads to the shoreline, where a private concrete ramp offers easy access for swimming and for launching guest‑owned kayaks and paddleboards (note: the dock seen in photos belongs to our neighbors and is not accessible to guests). The calm design of the cove also makes bank‑side fishing easy, fun, and safe for families, beginners, and kids.

*Guests have access to two adult fishing rods, one junior fishing rod, and a basic tackle box during their stay (live bait will not be provided).

While there is a small access point for vehicles to reach the lake, guests should not drive beyond the fence marked with the stop sign. The shoreline area at the cove is not intended for regular vehicle use. Guests are responsible for any damage to the landscape and all associated recovery costs if vehicles are driven beyond the designated access point or down to the shoreline cove area.

On rare occasions, our neighbor’s two dogs have wandered through the property, though we haven’t seen them in weeks. The owners do not interact with them and recommend guests do the same.

For security, the home has a smart lock with a camera at the front door and an exterior AI-enabled camera monitoring only the front entry area. No cameras are located inside, lakeside, or in private spaces.
