This flat on the second floor of a holiday home has a cosy living room where you can get together after a nice day in the region. While you discuss tomorrow's plans, you can enjoy a meal you have prepared yourself in the well-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom with shower and bath offers the necessary relaxation at the end of the day. Lovely!

This holiday home is located in the small mountain village of Viehhofen. An ideal starting point for a wonderful holiday, this village is located between the well-known Saalbach Hinterglemm and Zell am See - Kaprun.
In winter, Viehhofen is a true paradise for families and active holidaymakers. Its central location in the middle of Austria's most famous ski resorts makes it an ideal starting point for an eventful ski holiday. From Viehhofen, you also take the ski lift to the Zell am See- Kaprun ski area. Yet here you're far away from the hustle and bustle but if you want more liveliness you'll be there in no time. The free ski bus towards Saalbach Hinterglemm departs just 600 metres from the holiday home.
In summer, the nature around Viehhofen invites you to various activities in the fresh air. These include hiking, mountain biking, tobogganing, archery and paragliding. Enjoy summer in the mountains and discover the beauty of the Glemmtal!
The apartment is located next to a working farm. This is of course very nice for children who are allowed to work in the stable and to be with the animals. For the summer months, the Viehhofer summer card is included. This offers many advantages such as a boat trip on the lake in Zell am See, up to free use of the ski lift for hikers, but also with the mountain bike
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Viehhofen Somerkarte is included for stays from May through October
