The communication with Host Bob was excellent and it was a lot of house for the price, compared to a hotel. He gave us tips which were helpful. Location was better than expected, we seemed to be 2 miles from everywhere we needed to be, including the Stop-n-Shop.

Our family of five adults, two young children, and a terrier enjoyed a most relaxing week at Bob's property. We liked how the home's welcoming living spaces, sunporch, and large deck complete with grill allowed us to be together for meals, games, and talk fests yet also accommodated private time. Beautifully landscaped in a quiet neighborhood, the property also had a shed with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler,On arrival day, Bob came over to make sure we were comfortable and inquire if we needed anything. His warm hospitality extended over the week when we asked for a couple kitchen cleaning supplies which he provided quickly. The house is conveniently located to three beautiful Chatham beaches, and even closer to the airport's Hanger restaurant for amazing breakfasts.

The house was exactly as described, with a fun gaming area for everyone after a day out. It was in a centralized location for us to hit all of the areas of the cape while we were there. There were so many options for outdoor seating. I wish we could have stayed longer. The host was lovely and helpful. Can’t wait to head back.

Great location

We found Chatham to be centrally located to many places on the Cape. And Chatham also has a lot to keep you entertained as well. Also loved this property and we played pool most nights with my teen and young adult. Bob was great and checked in on us during our stay. If you staying on the Cape, would highly recommend this property.
