Welcome to Bluewater #1404! This newly updated unit is under new ownership and management beginning January 2026. Bluewater is a non-smoking, direct oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located on the 14th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit is approximately 1400 square feet with direct views of the Gulf from the living room and the Gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with tub/shower combinations.

Bluewater is a low density complex and offers excellent amenities with a beautiful pool, children's pool, plus an indoor heated pool and indoor hottub. There is also a fitness room with a treadmill, a recumbent bicycle, and elliptical.

Owner will provide code for check-in and will be available during your stay for questions or concerns.
No pets allowed.
