Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during this time. No boat wake on the lake before 9am on weekends.
Guests use the lake and pier at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. The Owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Please do not move indoor furniture outside. Outdoor furniture should remain on the decks and patio areas.

Summer lake house

Nice 3 bedroom lake house. Very firm beds and small bathrooms. Great view of the lake and ample outdoor seating. We enjoyed relaxing outside and fishing from the pier.

Wonderful getaway long weekend!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time on Mill Lake. Cottage was clean, cozy & comfortable and the views and outdoor area were just perfect. Although the weather was a bit cool, we enjoyed swimming, fishing and spending time on the deck overlooking the lake. We also enjoyed restaurants/shopping in close by Lake Geneva and Williams Bay. Would definitely stay here again.....it was the perfect family getaway before our college kids go back to school!

Cute cottage that makes good use of the space. Inside was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were concerned about the boat dock not being big enough but it worked out just fine. Paddle boards were great. Outdoor furniture could use a little clean up on the cushions and there were little gnats on window sills. Upstairs heats up when you use the oven and downstairs was a little chilly. That said the family had a great time and enjoyed the stay!
