Take walks in the nearby neighborhoods of Mission Hills and lovely Fairway when you are not at the games. Walk right out your front door to conveniently located right next to Starbucks Coffee and Einstein Bagel, making your morning breakfast routine a breeze! Located ½ mile from Fairway Shopping Center, with a fully stocked grocery store, book shop, coffee shop, restaurant and more. There are 3 grocery stores, just a 3 or 4 minute drive and other services, and we are very close to the highway, making your travel needs easy!

Renovations to this lovely home in 2025 include two new bedrooms and two new bathrooms, an expansion of the living room, that opens to a new patio and fenced in backyard. Other renovations include an updated eat-in kitchen and third bathroom.

Outdoor spaces are enhanced by thoughtful landscaping, with beautiful blooming hydrangeas and roses. The covered front porch includes rocking chairs while the large, fenced backyard has a raised deck with comfortable seating, cafe lighting, a Traeger grill smoker and an elaborate jungle gym swing set.
