City of Fairway Rules:
1. Short-term rentals may not be rented or offered for use as reception space, party space, meeting space, production space, or for other similar events open to non-resident guests.
2. Short-term rentals must be rented for a minimum of three (3) consecutive nights per booking.
3. On-street parking shall be prohibited at short-term rentals. All vehicles must be legally parked on the property of the short-term rental and at no time shall exceed three (3) vehicles.
4. Short-term rentals may not allow shuttle buses, party buses, or other similar commercial vehicles to pick up or drop off individuals at the property.
5. Short-term rentals are allowed no more than two (2) persons per each bedroom being rented plus one (1) additional person per dwelling unit, not to exceed eight (8) guests, in the dwelling unit at any given time. Occupants need not be restricted to a single family.
Additional Rules:
We want you to enjoy your stay, and be respectful of our home and of our neighbors.
Violation of any of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine (per violation), and immediate termination of your stay, without refund.
- No parties or events.
- Only guests staying at the home may be at the home. No outside guests allowed at any time.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property.
- Bring activities indoors starting at 9pm; outdoor quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.
- Park cars in the driveway. No more than 3 cars and no street parking at any time.
If there is any damage, excessive cleaning is required, or the above rules are not followed an additional fee will be charged.
