Our guesthouse is located on a quiet side street in Schönau am Königssee and offers the perfect combination of relaxation and a central location. Despite the pleasant tranquility, you can reach the town centre in just a few minutes on foot. There you’ll find a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, as well as the town hall with a bank and a small, well-maintained spa garden. Numerous restaurants and inns are also in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot.



Many of the most beautiful hiking and walking trails start right from our house. The bus stop on the high street is also only about a minute away, providing you with easy access to the entire region. The view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking and will captivate you from the very first moment.



Our comfortable rooms include a delicious breakfast. For our holiday apartments, breakfast can be booked as an optional add-on. Alternatively, we provide our holiday apartment guests with fresh rolls every day for an enjoyable start to the day.



After an active day in the mountains, our lovingly designed sauna area—featuring a Finnish sauna and steam room—invites you to relax and unwind.



A free parking space is available for every room right in front of the house. Of course, free Wi-Fi throughout the entire building is also included in the price.

The holiday apartment offers 50 square metres of space and is located on the ground floor. It features a separate bedroom, a living-sleeping area with a kitchenette (2-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer, and much more), a dining area, a seating area, TV, Wi-Fi, and an in-room safe. The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, is equipped with a hair dryer and towels for your use. The shared terrace is furnished and accessible via the fireplace room.

Our guesthouse is located in Schönau am Königssee, right in the heart of the Berchtesgadener Land region and directly adjacent to Berchtesgaden National Park. Surrounded by an impressive mountain landscape, you’ll experience nature here at its finest—peaceful, unspoiled, and yet diverse.



Just a few minutes away lies the world-famous Königssee with its emerald-green waters and the St. Bartholomä pilgrimage church. The surrounding mountains, especially the majestic Watzmann, dominate the panorama and invite you to enjoy hikes, mountain tours, and unforgettable views. The Jenner, with its cable car, also offers magnificent views of the valley and the lake.
