A Break in Husum: Welcome to the historic Kontorhaus in Husum. Our uniquely furnished holiday rental accommodates 2 people across two floors.

Location
Our special holiday rental is located in the heart of Husum’s Old Town, just a few metres from the harbour, on a quiet, historically significant side street. The nearest restaurants and cafés, as well as the harbour, are only about 70 m away. Husum’s city centre, with its wide variety of shopping options, and the train station are within walking distance. Trips to places like Sylt and St. Peter-Ording are easily accessible! The beach is also within walking distance. Walking along the waterfront, you’ll reach the Husum Badedeich after 2,500 m.

Amenities
The apartment features a kitchen-diner with a dining table, adjacent to the living area with a pull-out sofa bed. Thoughtfully selected furnishings in a North Frisian style create a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen includes a coffee maker (filter size 4) with a keep-warm function, a milk frother, a waffle iron, a blender, a toaster, North Frisian tableware, and more. After long walks on the beach, shopping trips, mudflat hikes, or museum visits, we hope you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom (bed 180x200) is equipped with a large 55-inch (1.4 m) TV, which is internet-enabled and compatible with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. In front of the house stands a typical Frisian bench. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of red wine in the evening sun. A wonderful getaway!

Stay in a historic merchant’s house: the picturesque, cobblestone street steeped in history is just a stone’s throw from the idyllic Husum harbour. In our non-smoking holiday apartment, we’re happy to provide free Wi-Fi.

Schöne Unterkunft über 2 Etagen. Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral. Leider hat die Wohnung keine Vorhänge um die Fenster nachts zu verdunkeln. Das ist im Sommer ungünstig. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen akzeptabel. Allerdings sollte unbedingt der Bodenbelag erneuert werden und nicht nur mit Läufern und Teppichstücken überdeckt. Im Sommer rate ich Langschläfern von der Wohnung ab. Das oben gelegene Schlafzimmer hat Fenster nach Osten, Süden und Westen und keine Verdunklungsgardinen. Ab 5:00 ist es taghell. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Bad und Wohnung sind sauber.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon in der Wohnung und hatten bemängelt, dass die Dusche nicht abläuft und der Handtuchhalter nur noch lose in den Dübeln hängt. Daran wurde offensichtlich nichts geändert. Schade... Daher die geringe Punktzahl bei Ausstattung. Es wäre in leichtes, diese beiden Mängel zu beheben. Da man dazu offensichtlich keine Lust hat, hat das zu Punktabzug geführt.

Der Aufenthalt in Husum war wunderbar. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach bis auf das Sofa unseren Vorstellungen. Es sah zwar gut aus, aber man hatte das Gefühl auf dem Boden zu sitzen, also unbequem. Aber es ließ sich mit mehreren Kissen etwas ausgleichen. Aber Gott sei Dank steht ein Sofa ja nicht im Mittelpunkt des Urlaubs.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Für 2 Personen super ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ermöglicht auch gute Zugverbindungen z.B. nach Sylt mit dem Schleswig-Holstein-Ticket. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen, vielen Dank.

Zentrale und zugleich ruhige Lage, stimmungsvolle Einrichtung, die Wohnung hat für eine gemütliche Woche Nordsee wenig bis nichts vermissen lassen. Über die Teppichböden und Fensterverdunkelung könnte man sich längerfristig Gedanken machen. Ein Pfannenwender und etwas Zucker wären eine willkommene Ergänzung der Küchenausstattung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Alles in allem waren wir mit der Lage und der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Mit der Sauberkeit gehen wir im Großen und Ganzem auf die Flecken auf dem Boden ein. Ein abdecken mit Teppichen waren nur wenig zielführend. Eine Duschkabine wäre aus unserer Sicht im Gegensatz zum Vorhang geeigneter da man fast nicht verhindern kann dass auch mal Wasser daneben läuft. Ansonsten war es wie oben bereits erwähnt eine schöne Ferienwohnung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und herrlich geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet ohne unnötige Dekoration. Wir hätten uns allerdings bessere Lichtverhältnisse gewünscht: Hinter der Wohnungstür im Flur war das Licht kaputt, auch im Bad brannte es nicht über dem Waschbecken und über der Spüle bzw. zur Vorbereitung von Essen ist es duster. Ein CD-Player wäre auch toll gewesen. Aber insgesamt: ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen historischen Kontorhaus in Hafennähe. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen eigenen Charme. Bleibt man allerdings länger als einige Tage, so vermisst man doch einiges an Ausstattung in der ansonsten modernen Küchenzeile. Es fehlten einige Küchengeräte (Küchen- oder Brotmesser, Brötchenkorb, Kochlöffel etc.) . Die Wohnung war sauber geputzt. Allerdings werten Flecken auf dem Teppich und an den Vorhängen das Gesamtbild ab.
