Excellent unit. Very spacious with large lanai. I wish there was a better way to incorporate the resort fee of 115 into the unit rental price. It seemed a little gouging to pay more money to use the pool and a non working hot tub. This should part of the rental price. The beach was not close. You can walk it, but not with your beach chairs, bag and umbrella. Great restaurant on propertyUnit owner was extremely responsive to emails. Very very good communication with a check-in booklet online
