The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6 hangers in the property for clothes. There was an occasional smell of sewage in the bottom bedroom. Suspect that this was a venting issue. Overall the apartment was clean. The host was responsive on the app. The provided phone number always went to an answering machine.
