✔ Please note that building amenities are managed by the building, so we are not responsible if any are closed, under maintenance, or unavailable during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

✔ Stays exceeding 28 days require a security deposit and require additional cleanings, scheduled at mutually convenient times with the guest. We use an easy process for your ID verification, & security hold just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Truvi. You will have the option of a simple security hold or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee.
