The space
This beautiful 14th floor condo boast 1,262 sq ft with an ocean view from your living room and master bedroom. Our condo sleeps 8 very comfortably or if you have small children or like to snuggle we easily sleep 9. Master bedroom has king bed with adjoining bathroom, smart tv and balcony access. Guest bedroom has king bed, smart tv and only steps away from the 2nd bathroom. Bunk room area has twin bunkbeds, closet space and smart tv, located across the hallway from the 2nd bathroom and a new washer/dryer. Our Livingroom has plenty of seating with a queen sofa bed (with new memory foam mattress), cable/smart tv, electric fireplace, balcony access and a beautiful view of the beach. Open furnished kitchen allows beautiful ocean view and everything you may need to prepare meals or pack your lunch for a day at the beach. Wifi available in condo so you can stay connected for work or play. Private balcony has full size table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean view, sound of the waves or to relax and enjoy a good book or nap. You will find misc. beach supplies/toys in the hallway closet. Feel free to enjoy these and please return them clean and dry for other guest to enjoy. Enjoy 52,000 sq ft of lakefront boardwalk, covered parking, fully equipped fitness center, miniature putting green, several onsite dining options including the Wharf all you can eat seafood buffet (open seasonally). Nightly fountain show, pickle ball court and private beach access. 810 Billiards and Bowling are now on site for great family fun!

****Guest are required to pay a one time resort fee of $103.66 that includes up to 9 wristbands and 2 parking passes (per reservation NOT per person). Resort fee is paid directly to SymLiv online. We do not collect this money and it is not included in your total amount. You will receive a message prior to your arrival date with a link to pay and print your parking passes. These are nonrefundable. The wristbands will be located on the entry table inside the condo. Wristbands are needed to access all amenities.**** Please return all wristbands to the basket on the entry table upon departure or there will be a $50 charge for each missing wristband.

Guest access
Shortly after your booking is confirmed you will receive a link to pay your resort fee of $103.66. This is a one time fee for your entire stay and your entire party. You can access the resort with the parking passes you will print prior to your arrival. You will receive a door code as soon as your room is ready for you, no key or card needed. Your wristbands will be located inside the condo on the entry table, this will give you access to all amenities. All guest over the age of 12 must wear a wristband while in the resort and to have access to amenities.

Other things to note
If you have any questions or concerns during you stay please message through the VRBO message portal. Emergency contact numbers will be located in the Welcome book found on the entry table. There will be a replacement fee of $50 for any wristband lost or stolen. Wristbands are required for all guest 12 and up while on the property. The resort only allows registered guest to utilize the amenities. From time to time there may be maintenance to our resort that may cause an amenity to experience a temporary closure. This is out of the owners control and there will be no refunds. No pets or smoking of any kind allowed. If pets or any type of smoking or vaping is detected there will be an additional fee.
