Designed for comfort and style, this modern coastal retreat has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The studio features a king-size bed and a comfortable sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or a small family.

Take in breathtaking sunset views from the beach as you unwind to the soothing sound of the waves. Just a short stroll to the beach and popular waterfront restaurants, our condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

The Space

Our thoughtfully designed studio has everything you need for a stress-free beach getaway. Relax in the cozy living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Sleep soundly in a confortable king-size bed, perfect for two guests. In addition, we offer a queen sofa bed.

For your beach days, we provide chairs, towels, and a small cooler—so you can head straight to the sand. Fresh linens and bath towels are also included for your comfort.

You’re just steps from Bonita Beach’s pristine shoreline—ideal for sunbathing, shelling, and peaceful walks along the water. Walk to local favorites like Doc’s Beach House, Coconut Jack’s, and The Fish House. Shopping, grocery stores, and more are just a short drive away.

Guest Access
Guests will self-check in with a Smart Lock. You will be provided a code for entry 3 days prior to checking in.

Access to the beach are just steps away from our unit.
Free on-site parking is available for 2 vehicles. Please note: RV or Trailer parking is not allowed.
Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in Building 1, 3 and 5. This unit is in Building 4.
There are 2 elevators to access the unit located on the 1st floor.

Social & Community Fun

Be sure to check the event calendar in the lobby of Building 3 — it’s the hub for social activities and community gatherings during your stay. You’ll find scheduled meet-and-greets, board games, and a huge TV screen where guests often gather to watch football and other big games together.

This is a great way to connect with fellow guests and make your vacation even more memorable!

Important Information & House Rules -Parking

A parking pass is required and provided free of charge by the Manager’s Office located in Building 3 (ground floor).
Business hours: Monday–Saturday.
Please pick up your parking pass upon arrival during office hours.
If you arrive after hours, please write down:

Your name
Your phone number
Your unit number

Place this information visibly on your dashboard until you are able to visit the office during business hours to obtain your official pass.

Property Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo, This includes e-cigarettes, cigars, and pipes.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation submitted prior to arrival.

No Parties or Events
Minimum Rental Age: 24 years old
Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests
Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum booking required
