Experience Treasure Island on Sunset Beach like a local in this 3-bedroom house only 100 yards from the beach. The newly completely renovated space features a king bed, a queen bed, and a sofa bed, perfect for families or two couples. Full kitchen. W/D for laundry. Three flat screen TVs. Walking distance to two restaurants & The Gulf. ALL beach amenities provided. The house stays cozy w/an electric fireplace and cool with AC, making it a great retreat any time of year. The home provides beach chairs, towels, sand toys, a beach cart, umbrella, brand new Weber grill within fenced backyard. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sun & sand. Private parking. Dog-friendly for pups 20 lbs or under or breed preapproval. 25 yr old adults or older only to book. Beach taxi available as well as a roundtrip trolley system for only $5/day. St Pete Beach & the famous John’s Pass only a 5 min drive. 15 minutes to downtown St Pete. Only 35 min from Tampa airport. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Treasure Island and my house has to offer.
