Balcony 20 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Holiday home at Brienz.

This is a spacious and comfortable holiday home with a beautiful view, quite convenient for the bus. Having a car would make shopping easier. Everything seemed quite new and really good. We enjoyed a raclette. The only negative is that the bunk bed matresses are not suitable for adults. We had a great week in Brienz.

Große Maisonette-Fewo mit Seeblick. Obere Etage ist gemütlich renoviert mit Tischkicker, Heimtrainer und Fernseher. Untere Etage bietet viel Platz, ist jedoch nicht so renoviert und spärlich möbliert, wirkt dadurch etwas leer. Das Bad ist klein. Einige Fenster sind alt und tlw. defekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte gut. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich (Ausflugtipp Axalp war super).

Schöne grosse wohnung. Ideal gelegen um in der region skifahren zu gehen. Zu beginn kalt, da die radiatoren geschlossen waren. Brauchte 1.5 tage um warm zu werden. Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet. Tischfussball war das hightlight.

Grosse Wohnung mit einigen Schwachpunkten

Die Wohnung ist gross, das Badezimmer zu klein für die Anzahl Personen, die Dachstorren funktionieren teilweise nicht, was bei dem heissen Wetter etwas ärgerlich war. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett waren bretthart, es war sehr unangenehm drinnen zu schlafen. Wir hatten leider vor und um das Haus eine Baustelle(Strassensanierungsarbeiten), es wäre schön gewesen, im Vorfeld darüber informiert zu werden. Die Küche war soweit gut ausgestattet, schöner Ausblick.

Clean, bright, and airy

The Apartment Belvedere was a delightful lodging for our family (6 adults). Very well=maintained and managed, thanks to K. and her husband. The apartment was clean, bright, and airy and VERY well-located slightly away from the more touristy part of Brienz. Ample parking was provided. And what an incredible view of Brienzsee and the high Alps! We strongly recommend this rental to those looking for family-friendly surroundings.

Die Woche in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältniss stimmt und die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und man kann einiges Unternehmen.

Viel Bewegungsfreiraum

Angenehmer Aufenthaltsort. Grosszügige Gemeinschaftsräume. Jede Person kann sich zurückziehen, Grosse Küche mit allem Drum und dran, leider etwas veraltete Geräte, funktionieren noch! Badezimmer auch veraltet dennoch funktionstüchtig. Betten, wie es halt so ist, die eigenen Betten sind besser.
