Communication was wonderful and timely. There were a few shops and restaurants nearby otherwise very quiet. The instructions for the appliances and laundry were extremely helpful. There were small ants in the sink area even though I cleaned well everyday.

Great Location

Our stay at Chalet Lulu Studio was perfect. The space is not large, perfectly outfitted for 2 people and the location is great for exploring. The views from the Studio are just as pictured! We would definitely book again when we return to Switzerland, and I have already shared it with friends! We can't wait to go back! Thank you for sharing the space with us!

I literally can not say enough about the host Paul. He was so helpful. Reached out to me immediately and helped calm my nerves about the train system, the SBB pass, what side of the train to sit on and everything! The place is a cute little studio with a fabulous view off the front porch. The studio is well supplied and has all you need. We made breakfast daily and ate out for dinner. Paul made excellent suggestions for food and activities. The bed was comfortable, the shower just perfect. Hot water and good pressure. Studio has shared entry. Double security locks. Never heard another neighbor even though people were there! Felt safe and cared for. Laundry on sight but we didn’t use it. It really was a great place to start our trip. The highlight was a cruise on Lake Brienz. The town is walkable, easy location to train station and to the lake. The lakeside has nice places to sit and enjoy the view. 5 star experience for sure. There is a hill to get up but helps burn the calories!
