The major attraction of this property is the stunning view over Brienz and Lake Brienz which is every bit as beautiful as the photos suggest. Ruth and Urs the lovely owners have not just relied on the view though - they have done a huge amount of work with no expense spared to make the chalet so comfortable and stylish. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you! Our only warning to potential guests is that, if walking, the chalet is about 20 minutes up the steep hill from Brienz and even if driving the access immediately outside the cottage would be tricky for anyone with limited mobility. For those who are happy to walk on hills and uneven ground it will be worth every step to enjoy this beautiful place - we loved it!
