Top Ferienhaus, Toller Aufenthalt

Es war toller Aufenthalt, das Haus ist super ausgestattete und sauber. Top Lage, perfekt um spazieren zu gehen und zu entspannen Die Hausverwalterin, sowie der Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Schön aber teuer

Wir habe etwas mehr von dem See erwartet. Es ist dann doch nur ein größerer Teich. Die Ferienanlage am Wald war aber seht schön gelegen. Die Nebenkosten sollten in der Anzeige Besser beschrieben werden, bei dieser Höhe.

Haus ok, Vorsicht vor den Nebenkosten

Lage und Haus mit Sauna an sich schön. Aber es wird massiv mit der Endreinigung und den Nebenkosten abgezockt. Wenn man 100 € Endreinigung zahlt, erwartet man, dass auch alles Sauber ist. Das Geschirr war aber noch von der letzten Benutzung dreckig. Außerdem wird 4,50 € / m² für Gas berechnet. Das grenzt schon an Abzocke. Das Haus gerne wieder aber nicht mit den Nebenkosten

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Es freut mich zunächst, dass Sie das Haus und die Lage sehr gut bewertet haben. Wegen der verschmutzten Pfanne unter dem Backoffen tut mir wirklich leid - auch dieses "Versteck" wird ab sofort von der Reinigungsfirma systematisch kontrolliert. Bei den Nebenkosten finde ich aber Ihre Bewertung nicht angemessen. Zum einen handelt es sich um teureren Flüssiggas und keinen Erdgas, und durch massiven Anstieg der Energiekosten hat sich der Preis seit dem Letzten Jahr beim Versorger um 50% erhöht. Zum Anderen, und das ist entscheidend, sind die Gesamt-Verbrauchskosten mit 17 EUR/Tag im Winter und bei intensiver Saunabenutzung nicht wirklich hoch. Weil die Kosten bei der Buchung auch bekannt sind, finde ich Ihre Aussage nicht korrekt. Nicht destotrotz würde ich mich freuen, Sie erneut bei uns als Gast begrüßen zu dürfen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Sauna gefällt uns sehr. Die ist groß genug für 2-3 Personen. Sehr gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man kann die Natur genießen. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Sport Aktivitäten.
