Cameras: there are 3 cameras on the property; one on the front door (ring doorbell), one on the side door (ring doorbell) and a flight cam on the garage facing the driveway.
Please adhere to the silent time from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Please refrain from smoking inside the house.
Only guests included on the reservation are allowed on the premises. No additional visitors allowed. If it is determined that there were unauthorized visitors on site, the registered guest will be charged ($65.00/visitor/day).
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property. Charges will range from $100.00 and above, depending on the severity of the damage.
