Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: Spacious living area with comfortable upholstered furniture, a sleeper sofa, TV, and a high-quality built-in kitchen. The large south-facing balcony invites you to linger for hours.

Bathroom: Bright, modern full bathroom with a toilet and a window.

Wegen der engen Treppen nicht gut für ältere Gäste geeignet. Für größere Gäste ist der Schlafraum im Dachgeschoss ungünstig. Wenig Platz für Kleidung und kaum vernünftige Ablageflächen. Lage der Wohnung sehr schön.

Wie angedroht waren wir wieder einmal hier. Immer noch wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung, viele Fenster mit Blick in fast alle Himmelsrichtungen. Klar ist das Schlafzimmer oben ein bissel eng, aber das passt schon. Im Wohnbereich und WC-Bereich sehr angenehme Wärme durch Fußbodenheizung und normale Heizkörper. Voll ausgestattet, eigentlich nichts vermisst und selbst der Internetanschluß wurde mal ins 21.Jahrhundert gehoben und bietet jetzt endlich volle 100Mbit. Davon kommt "oben" auch noch genug an, nur leider ist der etwas zickige Uralt-Router nicht auch ausgetauscht worden, da brach das WLAN schonmal auf mickrige 5Mbit zusammen. Aber da wurde uns seitens der sehr netten Sylt-ER Mitarbeiterin (die anderen Mitarbeiter sind natürlich auch sehr nett :-) ) sehr schnell geholfen, vielen Dank nochmal. Auch wurde das klägliche Radio gegen ein modernes DAB-Radio ausgetauscht, sehr gut. Wir haben uns jedenfalls in der gemütlichen Wohnung wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung. Die Lage zum Strand sowie z.B. zu Gosch ist ideal. Das Schlafzimmer für "große" Menschen nicht gerade perfekt (Schrägen) und nur wenig Stauraum. Ansonsten tolle Wohnung.

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft. Leider ist die Technik nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das WLan ist eine Vollkatastrophe, es reicht kaum zum Zeitunglesen. Und die Musikanlage mit CD und Kassettenlaufwerk funktioniert eher nicht! Positiv sind u.a. die bequemen Betten und das große Bad. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und die Lage ist super Top!

Wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung, viele Fenster mit Blick in fast alle Himmelsrichtungen. Sehr angenehme Wärme durch Fußbodenheizung und normale Heizkörper. Voll ausgestattet, eigentlich nichts vermisst, nur das Internet ist unverständlicherweise sehr lahm und nicht Stand der Technik, ganz im Gegensatz zur neuen E-Ladestation am Parkplatz, die ist in der Hochsaison absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
