Relaxing 1bd/1ba Condo - Ocean Front Complex in New Smyrna Beach

Great stop-over for attending weddings in the area! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Located in New Smyrna Beach at the Sea Coast Gardens 3 Complex, this condo is a dream where guests can relax in style. The property also offers WiFi, heating, AC and more for a comfortable stay. We think our place will help you experience everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer with a style all its own.Unit has condo accounts for Netflix & Disney (w/Hulu) Streaming Services. ***Both services have been logged in for your use, but please contact Bob for any issues such as disconnection.***

Our condo unit is conveniently located right next to both the building elevator and 4th floor laundry room. There are guest wristbands (for wearing in pool area) and a guest parking pass for our single on-site parking space in the welcome desk inside the condo unit. Inside our unit, we have a welcome desk setup which has a hard key for the unit (in case you prefer) along with a key to the complex Laundry Room which are located on each floor (phone app used).

We help our guests to focus on their stay (and not the small stuff) by providing K-Cup coffee pods & machine with sweetners & creamer, coffee to-go cups, dishwasher & laundry soap/pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There are seats and a table on the balcony, from which guests can sip their favorite drinks while watching the sunrise & sunset! We also provide bodyboards, beach towels & umbrella and sand toys!

***The door to the bedroom is located just before the door to the bathroom. When the bedroom door is closed, access to the bathroom will only be from the bedroom (this will affect larger groups).***

***The Sea Coast Gardens 3 Complex also provides for a larger balcony area on each floor, which can be used by rental guests for private sunbathing and beach gazing (see photos)!***

The Sea Coast 3 condominium complex is located within walking distance of a grocery store, bar, restaurant and gym, all of which are across the street (less than half a block South of complex)! Our condo complex is on a 'No Drive' section of beach, so our guests can comfortably (and safely) lounge right on the beach. It is also conveniently located minutes away (by vehicle) from other local shopping spots and the vibrant tourist area of Flagler Avenue.

Some of the best communication and care from a VRBO that I’ve ever experienced. The place was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. There were some hk and maintenance issues that the owner took ownership of and has made steps to address.Overall- this is a great place to vacation. My only heads up is- if you are vacationing with 4 people, bathroom access is a challenge. When the bedroom door is closed and you’re sleeping in the living room, your access to the bathroom is gone (when the bedroom door is shut, it blocks off the bathroom to the rest of the guests). There is a door frame in between the bathroom and bedroom I feel would benefit from some kind of divider- accordion door or even a tension bar/brackets with a thick curtain for a cost effective fix. More costly- move the bedroom door to that inner door frame. I actually ended up going down and using the office bathroom by the pool so I wouldn’t have to wake up those sleeping in the bedroom in the morning. Overall- great location, perfect for 2 people- would be great for 4 with modifications, beautiful decor, would absolutely rent from these property owners again.

The Sea Coast 3 condominium complex is located within walking distance of a grocery store, bar, restaurant and gym, all of which are across the street (less than half a block South of complex)! Our condo complex is on a 'No Drive' section of beach, so our guests can comfortably (and safely) lounge right on the beach. It is also conveniently located minutes away (by vehicle) from other local shopping spots and the vibrant tourist area of Flagler Avenue.

It's YOUR sanctuary away from the all the hustle & bustle of the world - high floor condo set away from others on the floor, with easy access to the elevator/parking and only a few steps to the complex Pool and a few steps further to YOUR day at the Beach!
