Step into this peaceful, sun-drenched 2 bedroom house in a quaint neighborhood with nearby shops and restaurants. The space features a queen bed, a full bed, plus a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. Extra mattress is available upon request. Dedicated, free parking space is available. Location is fantastic! Heinz Field (Acrisure Stadium), PNC Park, Stage AE, Downtown Pittsburgh are all about 15 - 20 minutes away, and less than 10 mins to Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, Phipps Conservatory, Carnegie Art and Natural Museum. From the house, you can take a leisure walk or go for a run or a hike to the nearby Frick Park with many beautiful trails. Or treat yourself with a cappuccino at Parisi Cafe (2 minutes away), or have a drink with friends at a local Irish pub. Regent Square is also within walking distance with many boutique shops and amazing restaurants and bars.
