The house has two separate wings: the East and the West. The East wing has a queen bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs, and two twin beds on the top level. The top level is accessible from the spiral staircase in the West wing—walking across the deck—and from the ladder/hatch door inside, which is fun for kids–with a distinct treehouse vibe.

The West wing has the kitchen, living area, and laundry on the main floor. A queen bedroom and full bathroom on the second level is accessible by the spiral staircase. There is a sliding glass doorway on the second level that leads to the upper decks and the twin bedroom. The Ship Watch, accessible from the second level using the ship ladder, is perfect for morning coffee at sunrise or cocktails with an ocean view.
