Take out any kind of trash. Report damages to the host.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Most well-equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in, and thank goodness for it. My luggage was lost when flying into town, and all of the provided toiletries were a game changer. Too add, the house was very clean and well furnished throughout. I also had a lot of down time while in town, and the pool table was a great way to pass time! If I ever have to stay in Fayetteville again, it'll be here.

This is a very quiet and cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. I loved everything from the soft memory foam mattress beds, to the grill and outdoor lounge area. I was able to study for my classes with no extractions and rest for the next day. Jordan, my host is very friendly and always helped with any accommodations I needed. Its located about 15 minutes from FTCC so the drive to class was short. I highly recommend staying here if you love calm and peaceful surroundings.

This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. The host thought of everything we might need to make our stay comfortable, even some things we forgot to bring! Our family of 5 was able to have some space, which is important when traveling with teenagers! The host was quick to respond to any messages I sent and was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Jordan is an incredible host who is quick to respond and accommodate very quickly and professionally. This is definitely the best stocked property I have ever stayed at. Everything was incredibly organized, and it made the house seem like home. You get more than your moneys worth with this property (and that is putting it lightly).
