Second floor Oceanview Condo in newly renovated gated ocean front Anastasia Condominiums on stunning St. Augustine Beach. Minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. Bring your bikes, boogie boards, fishing equipment, lounge chairs, or surfboards for beach fun or relax at the pool or the sundeck overlooking the pool located on the same level as the condo. Tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and basketball goal also available.

The space
The Space - beautiful oceanview condo has 2BR/2BA, full kitchen, washer/dryer, free WiFi. HD TV's in all rooms. The gated complex has a heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, basketball goal, beautiful private boardwalk to the beach and ample parking. I welcome you to my home. Make yourself comfortable, relax and enjoy! Thank you for staying in my home and treating it as you would your own.

Other things to note
Upon your arrival, please stop by the office to get a parking pass for each car. I will send you an email after you book that will supply you with a gate code to enter the complex and front door code with instructions to enter the condo. If you arrive after 4:30pm, you can park without any concern and pick up your parking pass the following morning.
