The large balcony is private to the unit and is large enough for dining outdoors. The living room is furnished with leather couches, 50 inch plasma, complete entertainment system with surround sound, DVD, and iPod hook so you can listen to all your favorite tunes. The master bedroom has a 43 inch wall mounted plasma. The second bedroom has a 19 inch flat panel television with DVD. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, glassware and plates.

Great location and spacious property with large balcony. Everything you can think of was there including beach chairs and umbrella. Some issues with shortages in primary bathroom and balcony, could be easily repaired. We loved our visit and would gladly stay again!

Delightfully surprised

There was so much to do in the area and so much history to explore. Just a short trip into St. Augustine or to various state parks, attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. The view of the Atlantic and the sound of the waves at night made for a great nights sleep.

This condo unit is very nice. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The view is lovely being on the 3rd floor. There are a lot of steps and no elevator so if you can’t climb steps this might be difficult. It’s very quiet and so close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The host is accessible and answers all questions immediately.

Wonderful location and view

This 3rd floor unit was in a great complex. The large deck was really a plus for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon card games. The ocean view watching the surfers was very entertaining. We loved St Augustine Beach!

Love this Place

Really enjoyed staying in this beautiful 2 bedroom unit. It was a fabulous weekend and this beach condo is in a perfect location. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back again.

Perfect Location

The listing and pictures say it all. This is a great place, right on the beach, in a great area with many restaurants and things to-do. Host was great and called to check on us after check-in. You will not be disappointed if your stay at this property.

Beautiful ocean view, right on the beach! Nice clean beach for walking, jogging or sunning! Great neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants! Would highly recommend Salt Life and Beachside Diner!

Nice condo with a nice beachside view

The condo was clean and all appliances worked. Great beach view from the third floor, and the large balcony was a plus. Jesse was easy to work with and responsive to our questions. We'd definitely stay again!

Fun with no sun

Great location and property. Wonderful large porch. Easy access to city. Cloudy windy and cool all week, but a fantastic stay. Would return any time. 31 stairsteps.

Stunning Ocean Views!!

We highly recommend this unit! The view from the enormous balcony is a stunner! We spent a lot of time out there listening to the waves and watching the surfers. The private beach is beautiful and we loved the pool at the end of a day. The unit itself is lovely and spacious. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Overall though, 5 stars!! We didn’t want to leave! We’ll be back!!

Beach Heaven

The balcony was spacious with an excellent view of beach and ocean. Enjoyed hearing waves crashing. Condo was well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans and there was ample towels and beach equipment. Furniture was comfortable and it was quiet and clean. TV selection was good in living room and bedrooms. Location was great too for restaurants and shopping as well as the distance to Old Town St Augustine. This was a wonderful rental!!!!

St. Augustine beach.

When we arrived at 10pm the door would not open. We called the owner, but he was not available. Vbro arranged hotel rooms. The property has a great location and beautiful view of the ocean. However the property was dirty. For example, the threshold going out to the porch was filled with dirt and was corroded. The toaster was so filthy it was unusable. The floor was so dirty I wore socks. My socks quickly turned black on the bottom. I could go on, but no need to.

I lived in St. Augustine from 1998 thru 2007 before moving to Jacksonville for employment purposes where I reside now. Decided to rent the condo instead of sell for my daughters to enjoy in the future.

Why they chose this property

I actually rented a condo for four years in Island South before purchasing in 2002. I looked around in St.Augustine for about 6 months before deciding to purchase in Island South. I felt that Island South was the best condominium complex in St. Augustine. There is only 36 units which makes it more quaint and relaxing then the other big condominium complexes. The grounds are very well manicured and the pool area is always kept clean. It is also located on the most desirable part of St. Augustine beach where driving is prohibited.
