For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Occupancy based upon the number of beds per cabin. You can not exceed maximum occupancy without prior approval by management.
We ask that you respect our mountain and take care of it like you would your own home and that you are courteous and respectful of other guests.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property .Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above unless approved ahead of time.
Settlers Mountain is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Settlers Mountain is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

No refunds will be issued for early departure (including weather-related issues).
All cabins are `dog friendly`; A $100.00 pet cleaning fee will apply per stay, 2 dog maximum per cabin. Any exceptions must be approved by management at time of reservation. We love our 4 legged friends. All dogs must be leashed, we have crates available ( S,M,L) if needed. please reserve ahead of time, try not to leave any dog unattended, please pick up after your dog.
Bookings canceled will be based on arrangements with your booking company
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle. No more than two garbage bags full allowed. See location of garbage and recycle center
Fireplace: Fireplace in Log cabin, viewpoint. Wood is provided on property at 50 cents per stick charge but should be used only when temperatures are deemed appropriate for heating purposes. See manual for proper use.
Camp Fires: Only have fires in designated areas.
Septic: Settlers Mountain is on septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.
Roads: Please observe 10 MPH on Settlers Mountain. Slow speeds help us maintain the roads and are cautious for children playing.
