Enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated pool or relax on the spacious screened-in lanai. The open-concept design offers a bright, comfortable space with all the amenities. Close to great dining, shopping, the Blue Jays stadium, & the waterfront. Great for families and friends to relax, connect, and make unforgettable memories together.
Equipped with a full kitchen including toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishwasher, fridge and outdoor grill. Home has central air and ceiling fans. Great back yard that includes an in ground heated pool and huge comfortable screened porch. New comfy beds for a great nights sleep after your day of recreation(King, Queen & 2 Twins). Smart TV (Living Room, Primary Bedroom and Bedroom 2) and Wifi throughout the home. Easy, one level living in this bright airy home. Sheets and towels are all included as well as the use of the washer and dryer if needed. And, of course, we provide all the beach essentials like towels and chairs for your use while you are our guests.
This is a smoke-free property, no pets and no parties are allowed.
