The majority of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets, the listing did not specify what type of coffee maker was there for us to know exactly what we needed to bring, there were no coffee filters for the machine, only one trash bag was given for 4 nights of stay with 8 people, the furniture & area rug looked and felt dirty, the bunk beds were extremely high and the top bunk was very close to the sprinkler & bottom bunk was on top of the electric panel making it unusable for our kids to sleep safely in our opinion & some of the bedding was also dirty. Checking in/out was great. The staff were very friendly. Overall, our family still had a good time, it just would’ve been helpful knowing exactly what we needed to have with us for our stay and not having to go find a store to get some basic supplies that we felt should have been included with the amount we paid for the stay.

I’m very sorry the dishes, some bedding, the furniture and area rug weren’t up to standard, and that basic supplies like coffee filters and additional trash bags were missing. I’ve shared detailed notes with our housekeeping and operations teams so they can address cleaning standards, restock supplies, and update the listing to clarify the coffee maker type. I’m also concerned about the bunk bed placement near the sprinkler and electric panel — maintenance will inspect and make any necessary safety changes. The furniture is nice and the view is perfect. The coffee maker needs cleaned and/or replaced. There were no coffee filters and no extra toilet paper. There are very few forks and spoons. The fridge filter needs replaced. Parking is 50. Bring everything you need because they provide nothing other than small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a small soap. The wifi password was not listed and I had to call the after-hours support number, which was a minor hassle upon check-in.

We’ll deep-clean or replace the coffee maker and supply coffee filters, add extra toilet paper and more forks/spoons, and replace the refrigerator water/ice filter. We’ll also review the kitchen inventory so basic supplies are available for future guests. We’ll make the parking fee clearer in the listing and arrival materials so it’s not a surprise, and we’ll add the Wi‑Fi password to the welcome information and verify all check-in instructions to prevent after-hours calls.
