This is a completely private second-floor unit with its own entrance. Guests access the unit by exterior stairs leading to the private entry, followed by a small interior staircase. The separation provides added privacy and a peaceful stay.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed
• Bedroom 2: Twin bed
• Living room sofa can also be used as an additional sleeping space

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash in outside bin. Return furniture/items to original place. Place used towels on bathroom floor or hamper.
Close and lock all windows before leaving. Set thermostat to 68°F. Turn off lights and lock doors.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Quiet hours 10PM–7AM to respect the residential setting. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at all times.
