City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.

Noise: this home is in an apartment complex. The guest can expect typical noise that comes along with complex living.
