Your search is over!  This is the condo you've been waiting to find.  This is a spacious luxury beachfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental at the Princess Condominiums is updated with new floors, new sofa, 2 new recliners and club chair and has been freshly painted.  The owner really knows what a Panama City Beach vacationer needs!  The open living floor plan is perfect for all those family gatherings.  The large living room opens directly to the beachfront balcony.  And speaking of balconies, this one boasts an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 to 8 people, 2 recliners and 2 additional side chairs.  There are cushions for all the outdoor furniture, so this large balcony is really another living space for you and your family.  

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 new recliners a club chair and a large wicker rocker.  There is also a 65 inch television.  The adjacent dining area seats 6 at the table plus four more at the kitchen bar.  The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef will need to prepare a gourmet meal or just to heat up that favorite pizza! You'll also have a huge laundry room with plenty of storage for all you beach toys.

The three bedrooms are large with great beds and there's a bath for every bedroom.  No sharing needed.  The Gulf Front master bedroom with luxury master bath is all you need to getaway from all the stress and bother of everyday living.  The second bedroom has a king bed plus sleeping arrangements for two more on the twin rollaway beds.  The third bedroom has king bed.

Perfect Location

We loved that compared to other resorts to our left and right, the beach in front of our condo wasn’t crowded at all. We never waited for an elevator. There were also plenty of food options very nearby. Will definitely return.

Grandkids getaway

What a great place to stay it is in a area that isn't too busy and restaurants all around. The complex at Princess is neat and clean and nice. The only thing I wish is that the pools were a little bigger. I would stay there over and over again due to the kindness from the company we rented from. The room was comfortable clean affordable and the beach was non-crowded. You can never leave Thomas drive due to all the restaurants in that area

Location and Well Equipped

This condo was perfect for our family of 8. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom made getting ready to go out a breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than any condo we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed to cook with and even had several containers to store leftovers in. The pools were very clean and the premises well kept. The property managers, Jennifer & Donna were a delight to work with and were so helpful with information we needed. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Princess 802. We have stayed at the Princess once before and loved the location. It is located on the quiet end of the beach that is great for families and relaxation, and it is close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The Princess is smaller than many condo towers (no long waits for elevators!), and the gated parking lot is next to the building (no hike from a parking deck across the street!) The condo has 2 small outdoor pools and a large indoor pool, but we spent most of our time enjoying the beach. The condo rental included 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella while we were there, and we rented an extra umbrella to put our own chairs under. The unit we stayed in this time was very clean and well-furnished. My wife and I liked the larger walk-in shower in the master bathroom (which not all units have), and there is a separate room with a washer/dryer/sink that allows for storage of beach supplies. The patio is large and offers a fantastic view of the Gulf. We didn't have any problems with the condo during our stay, but the property managers are very friendly and quick to respond if you need them. We hope to return next year!

Excellent stay at Princess 802

Our stay was wonderful. There was plenty of room for us all and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The ladies at VIP Resort Rentals were great. There was one mishap late one night and Donna was on top of it in no time. Thank you ladies for letting us stay at your condo! We enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend to anyone looking for a beach get away to stay at the Princess.

Recommendation

Overall property was nice and we loved the 3 bedroom unit on the quiet end of Thomas Drive. My only recommendation is our unit needed curtains in addition to the blinds in bedrooms 2 & 3 due to light. We weren’t really happy with the 2nd row beach chairs when the property wasn’t at full capacity but these are minor issues and we would definitely recommend this property to others.

Family Vacation

First time we have had a family vacation. There was a total of 9 of us and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The place was very clean and everyone very friendly. We felt very safe there all week. The three pools where a big hit with my two grandkids. The beach view is amazing. We absolutely wanted for nothing. Great week.

A perfect condo for our family

I am so glad I found this property. The size and configuration of the condo was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the location. Jennifer at VIP Property Rentals was more than helpful during booking, during our stay and at our departure. If I knew we were going back to PCB net summer, I would immediately rebook. Our only complaint during our stay was with the beach chair rental guys-we booked an extra chair set online f=before coming, went down upon arrival to get our chair location, and still had mix-ups with other families being double-booked with us three times. Plus they never came by to check on us-we were very disappointed in the service. We finally gave up and put our own chairs up at the water's edge or went to the pool. Thank you so much for the GREAT condo rental though!

Wife says we should move there

Beautiful setting-8th floor lania perfect for morning coffee and a book. Water so clear we could see the dolphins 50' off shore. Gentle rolling waves and white sand so fine it squeeks when you walk on it. The Schooner, right down the beach is about as good as it gets for a drink and people watching. Already looking to book for next year.
