This was such a beautiful home! Every detail was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had so many thoughtful details, like coffee pods, coffee grounds, spices. It truly was like staying in a model home.

This house was perfect for our family. In town for a baseball tournament and it was so nice to come home to during our downtime. Super clean and beds were comfortable. The other amenities were just a bonus!

Our family is originally from the West Coast, but moved to Bentonville in 2018 for a role with Walmart. While working there, we began purchasing rental property and now have multiple long and short-term rentals. I left Walmart in 2022 and currently have a real estate company based out of Bentonville.

Why they chose this property

We live in this neighborhood, and manage this VRBO for my parents that live a few doors down from us! We LOVE this location because it is central between the XNA Airport, Downtown Bentonville, and the Pinnacle Hills Shopping and Entertainment district.

What makes this property unique

The location is fantastic, but the floor plan, large kitchen, comfortable living room plus the hot tub and pool all make it a rare find in Bentonville.
