In the surrounding locale you will find yourself in an area that is filled with sport (tennis, sailing, minigolf) and leisure. Within a 15 minute walk you could be taking a stroll through historical old town or in charming Marina of Orologio. Restaurant Sporting also offers the possibility to agree menu of half board, full board or take away for the duration of the holiday.

The holiday flats at the Braida Residence consist of three rooms: the living room with the kitchen, equipped with a large fridge and oven, a sofa bed (two separate beds); the double bedroom with a third single bed and with wardrobes; the twin bedroom and the bathroom with shower.
The flats also have a relaxing south-facing terrace; air conditioning and a reserved parking space.

Up to seven people, including children, can be accommodated in these flats.
