You’ll stay in a stylish downtown loft at Lolo Lofts, featuring soaring ceilings, exposed brick, and big windows that fill the space with natural light. The space sleeps up to four, with a loft-style king bed, and queen sofa bed, second sleeping area. Step outside to walk to Brick West Brewing, Rocket Bakery, Griffin Tavern, Skewers Mediterranean Grill, or First Avenue Coffee, then come home to a comfortable, well-designed space in the heart of Spokane.
No smoking or vaping inside the unit or building
No parties or events ($1000 fine)
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (shared building, please respect neighbors)
Registered guests only; no overnight unapproved visitors
Maximum occupancy must be respected (sleeps up to 4)
