Our modern home in Historic Old Town Lafayette is walking distance to the incredible shops and restaurants on S. Public Road and within easy access to the reliable, frequent bus service to Boulder and Louisville. The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. Additional beds can be added upon request. Guests enjoy 3 bathrooms; two on the main level and one on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances. The lower level has a media room with gaming consoles, and large screen TV and a workout gym area. Separated office space for a remote work area. The space feels terrific with lots of natural light, heating and air conditioning to keep you cozy year-round. A fully fenced backyard with gas fire pit, couch, trampoline, BBQ, and shady trees are welcoming and enjoyable for you and your pets. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or gathering with friends, this beautiful home offers plenty of room to spread out and unwind. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
